We provide compliance and efficiency through energy auditing services, retrofitting, benchmarking and online fuel systems management as well as proven reduction methods for electricity usage, water usage and fuel.
Principal and founder, Jeff Carleton has been actively involved with property management, online boiler management and real estate for over a decade.
With a hands-on approach that puts clients at ease, we make compliance and energy efficiency simple and straightforward. CEC professionals are happy to work with owners, managers, superintendents and building staff.
